Great game idea! Camera movement was pretty decent as well. Although I'm not fully sure how this kind of fits the theme of "If you stop you die". Also, I found a couple of bugs and problems that I feel could be fixed as I was playing:

  • The movement mechanics seem a big buggy and hard to control at times. When I try to move diagonally, it doesn't even allow me to do that until about 3 seconds have passed. It may be because of the colliders set on the character is too wide and I get stuck between the walls or something or it may be the code.
  • When I press spacebar twice consecutively, I was able to jump twice after the cool down of the first jump was done. It should of only allowed me to just jump once and wait until I reached the ground in order to jump again.
  • The  game over GUI  doesn't allow me to restart the game for some reason. Maybe it's because the cursor is locked and it can't interact with the button?
  • I feel you probably should of also increase the challenge of the mobs approaching and given a more challenging objective when it came to saving the kids. It was fairly too easy.

I hope this feedback helps improve and polish your game more!
