The game is very glitchy. When I died the cars didn't despawn and stayed on the road. I also happened to have python installed, because I use it to program, but it you shouldn't have to download that to play a game.
Couldn't run your game :( got the following bug using pythong 3.6.3:
Cannot run program "D:\programs\python.exe" (in directory "...\car rally by Aman Verma Version 1.0.0 2D-mode"): CreateProcess error=2, System cannot find the file
I would suggest using creating an executable file, I think most people won't want to install Python and play it from an IDE
