Liked the game good gameplay although some sprites felt more focused then the others and the music change out of nowhere felt a bit weird and didn't see any guns from the theme but it is a really good game
Thanks for trying it out! Yeah art is something I need to work on, consistently in style especially. The track switching does seem a bit abrupt- maybe I need to fade each song in and out?
The gun part of the theme only comes in when you lose all your lives. It’s not a direct part of the gameplay, more of a wink towards it if you like.
thanks again for the feedback :)
The cat sprite is really cute! I was a little confused at what I was supposed to do tho, perhaps a short tutorial at the beginning would help! But I really like the addition of the dog chasing the cat XD
Thanks! Yeah I forgot to put any controls or instructions in, that's something I'll remember for next time. I appreciate you taking the time to play and give feedback :)
mismatched assets but artstyle is pretty good. about the gameplay, its kinda doesnt make any sense. why are we collecting air drops? Also the sounds were good.
EPIC
thanks, I did my best with the assets on such short notice- I tried to make the real world and the dream world look different.
as for the gameplay, it’s a dream! Anything can happen, including fish falling from the sky…
A nice lil game :)
Gameplay wise it doesn't really try to innovate, and some assets mismatch each other. But hey, I saw that this is your 2nd game ever from your itch.io page, keep going dude, you're going to improve lots I bet :)
Thanks! I just didn’t have time to get super innovative in 72 hours haha, I’ve only been learning how to code for a couple of months!
The feedback is much appreciated, hope you enjoyed the game :)
