At first glance I thought that the robot was kind of adorable. Like a little crocodile except with teeth made of metal  and composed with gears and wires. This was my first mistake. Soon enough I was being chased through the dark halls and got chomped to pieces. The sounds and layout of the environment, as well as the open goals and hints something has gone very, very, wrong from the claw marks everywhere, tell a great story and build a fun amount of suspense beforehand.

This game made me robophobic.

Thanks for submitting Robophobia to the SCREAM MACHINE jam!

Cool game! I died the first time due to those darn metal detectors...or I guess not-metal detectors? giving me away, but I was sneakier the second time. I picked up the fifth clue and got back to the door, which had been blocked. I'm not sure if that was the end and you're just doomed, or there was another way out? The sound design was well done, I enjoyed the suffocating silence of your footsteps at the start, it really makes it impactful when you start hearing those mechanized movements.

Yea you need to find a way out, one of the elevators open and you can escape.

Ah, I was wondering about that. I did run for an elevator after I saw the door was blocked, but got caught in the process, and didn't want to play through a third time. (Not because it was bad, just had a lot of games to get through.)

Nice game! It took me a bit to find the light switch, and then I was collecting clues and got cornered. It runs fairly smooth on my non graphics card computer and I like the graphics and sound effects.
