This is a nice character, I wouldn't put yourself down.
Things I immediately see working there:
Your general silhouettes and internal shapes and proportions are really strong, well done. I would like to push them further in the future, and you should, but well done.
Textures, your textures are quite nice, but once again I would push them further. Really get into your hand painting and get your Albedo have nice hue variations and complexity, this is really easy to do with programs like 3d coat. Then look into programs like Substance Painter to load your nice hand painted albedo in as an albedo base and add complexity to your PBR material maps (Normal, Roughness, Metalness)
Pushing these elements above with some better presentation and lighting could make this something special.
Tech note: Your uv packing is good, your retopo is fine, nice and even, but it could be neater and I would stitch in elements like the leg straps to keep your riggers sane.
