  • Very nice concept and idea, although I would like to know more.

Good concept and it was nice to see you pretty much locked down your character before moving to sculpting and the technical stages. This is always very beneficial as apposed to figuring out your character on model. Your final coloured concept is particularly strong.

It would be nice to see you push the finish and detailing of your highpoly, because if you are going for a semi realistic look this stage is very important as you move through programs like substance painter. (Very strong baked maps are very beneficial)

It may be too late now, but if you are considering a fairly realistic look with alot of fabric work, have a look at Marvelous Designer, it is very good for achieving some great clothing and fabric drapery.

I assume you are going towards a fairly realistic style, so look to maybe use some photos of faces for your skin texturing. 3d.sk is very good for these. If you are also considering this style, consider further work in substance painter.

Your UV packing could be alot tighter. All those unused spaces, those empty unused pixels will still have to be loaded into the game engine anyhow, so it would be best to try fill up gaps as much as possible.

It would be nice to see some retopo grabs, wireframes or Marmoset / sketchfab files to have a look at your topology. This will help you with future feedback.

Be careful of too much blur in your final presentation renderings.

  • beautiful concepts, which flows through to a lovely final model.

Just a quick tip, try using xnormal rather than max for baking.  the normal just look a little flat at the moment.  but all in all its a great piece of work which has produced a great character

  • There is clearly some intention and soul behind this work.
Lower body is lacking the attention and care that was given to the upper part.
    Interesting work
