Physics pushed me out of the allowed area at one point - I could then circle the play area from the outside where the enemies spawn but I couldn't get back in. Nice extension of the basic concept, good use of top-down to improve the camera issues of the basic project without introducing the complexities of 3rd person cameras and intersecting geometry. Nice work.
I enjoyed it. Love the music choice. I like how sound/music is at the end of your design plan :) that's always the case when I do game jams too.
Grenades could do with a bit more work, maybe it's just a case of tweaking them so they explode a little quicker.
