It is clear that this entry is unfinished, so feedback can only be quite limited. But I am so glad to see you did submit an entry. Things that went well: ✧ Super good concept art! ✧ Effective use of curves to create hair. ✧ Great method of creating the horns. ✧ Good use of Zmodeller for the armour. ✧ Well done on using a rig and manually adjusting the weights. Things to consider next time: ✧ When creating topology for characters, make sure to manually retopologise so that you can get edgellops in the right places for animation and you also have full control over your tri count. ✧ When UV unwrapping, try to make the islands as straight and aligned to the grid as possible, as this allows you to pack them into the square more efficiently. Even an organic form can be cut in such a way that many of the parts can be straightened. ✧ Next time, allocate some time at the start of the project to plan out a schedule.
