Things that went well: ✧ Effective use of cel shading. ✧ Nice concept art. ✧ Good attempt at the topology. ✧ The final renders look cute, which shows they are evoking the intended emotion. Things to consider next time: ✧ The high poly would have benefitted from some deliberate changes of plane that would catch the light nicely when using the cel shader. ✧ Even though you are making a stylised model, the face could have still benefited from more structure to the node and roundness to the lips. ✧ Try to aim for evenly spaced quads in the topology. Avoid long thin ones and zigzag edgeloops. ✧ When UV unwrapping, try to make the islands as straight and aligned to the grid as possible, as this allows you to pack them into the square more efficiently. Even an organic form can be cut in such a way that many of the parts can be straightened. I hope this feedback proves useful and will help you with future projects and building your portfolio.
