  • Super nice environment is this! Really feel the outcome reflects what you set out to accomplish to a high standard. Great use of a variety of technical methods & great to see the thought into further optimisations you'd make if you took this further. I'd keep an eye on your UV space when in the 0-1 grid just for anything you do next! I can only see the one example (definitely worth having a few more to show you're capable of laying them out efficiently), but it has quite a bit of empty space that could have been used to help increase your texture quality overall. Apart from that though I'd be really nitpicking like possibly having one of the emissive lights flickering or one of the lower windows having smashed glass to help the storytelling.
