  • I know it can be tough to work on a project like this whilst also balancing your other projects and work, the key thing with something like this is to be honest with your time, and then try to go with something that you believe will be achievable in that time. Then don't be afraid to reevaluate the project at various stages based on how much you've done and how much time you have left. As a side note, when working with a project like this, don't change the code style of somebody else's code to be like your style. In the industry you most likely won't be able to choose the style to use, you'll have to follow an existing style. But this was good, and you should be happy with what you were able to achieve.
  • The controls were responsive and intuitive, and the goal of the game was clear. The procedural generated levels were a nice touch and the feature worked as expected. On the other hand, there were no menus to navigate (apart from the main menu), no sound and the game froze at some point.
