Welcome back to another Spring Into Summer game Jam! We hope you are enjoying your year! 

This year will be hosted by Tsukichild!

During this (1) one month game jam, participants will be expected (not required) to  make a game based on the theme of nostalgia.  What this means to you might differ from someone else! Feel free to explain in your game description. 

FAQ/Rules:

What are the requirements? Just have fun and use the theme in some way.

What is the theme? Nostalgia.

Do I need to use a certain art style or perspective? Nope!

What can I use? Any engine and any assets you make or have rights to use. 

Who can participate? Anyone!

What tools may I use? Anything can be used as long as you have rights to do so.

What language do I need to use? While your game can be in any language, we ask that the controls are available in English. 

How does the voting work? The community (anyone) can vote on the submissions when the game jam ends until July 6th.

What content is permitted? Stay below or at an E10+/PG-13 level! (think Minecraft, Undertale, Legend of Zelda, Metroid, etc.) Please note; anything with more than pg-13 levels of sexual content, heavy language, heavy violence, or graphic drug use will be removed.

What is a Sokpop?  This,  Sokpop is a video game collective. They have made over 100 games!

Is there a Discord? No! But you can join the official Sokpop discord server to talk about the jam in it's channel. 

This Jam is hosted by the community and not hosted by or affiliated with any Sokpop team members.
