Hmm yes apologies, and this was the third iteration of the hitbox system! Basically, you want the food to go straight up into their mouth, if it misses on the way up it's probably going to end up behind them.
I played it until the fifth hydra head. Don't know if this was the end. The game looks and sounds great. What is missing is perhaps some variation. Well done!

A cute idea and well implemented. I liked the 3d models for some of the food and for the hydra itself. Well done on submitting!
