Phenomenal horror visual novel. The character design is immaculate, the music and writing are charming, and the subject matter is handled incredibly. As someone touched by some dark thoughts, the addition of a happy ending wherein your nice actions are rewarded with a satisfying conclusion with your character wanting to continue living is beautiful. The other endings are even more impactful and depressing after seeing Strawberry's backstory and motives, overall adding to the effectiveness of their tone. Overall this is a very short and sweet game that I can easily recommend to anyone looking for a horror game or visual novel that tackles dark themes with a sense of subtlety and care.
