What is an "Incremental Game"?

An incremental game is a game where numbers go up - it's that simple! For examples, check out Antimatter Dimensions, Cookie Clicker or Progress Knight, but remember to still make something unique!

When is the jam running?

The jam starts on July 7th, with 2 weeks to make a game, and then 2 weeks for the public to vote on them. The jam ends on August 5th.

What's the theme?

This edition's theme is Energy equals Matter.
There's also a optional theme, that being Minimum Clicks
Your game does not have to follow the optional theme, but the best game following it will get a honorary mention once the jam is over.

What will I be rated on?

We have 4 criteria:

• Fun, the overall enjoyment of the player
• Balance, how fast/slow your game feels
• Uniqueness, how original your game is
• Theme, which is how well your game fits the jam's theme

The winners will be chosen based on their overall score across all 4 criteria.

Are there any specific rules?

You don't have to start from scratch, but things you use/prepare before the jam MUST BE PUBLICLY AVAILABLE! Additionally, NSFW content is disallowed. Aside from that, just have fun!
