The Game Jam hosted by Tera's Adventure Team is here and is marking its territory!

This game jam is all about your ability to create and share things alike! We encourage you to be creative with your project and have fun! this Game Jam will take 19 days so take as much time as needed!

RULES

1: No Questionable content such as A: Gore B: P*rn C: drugs, smoking, and alcohol

2: No loud noises or flashing lights without warning (If you have a warning, you can add these)

3: Excessive violence (It's fine if you have cartoon violence but not gunning down or stabbing someone etc.)

4: Swearing, the games for this game jam are for an audience that would play Mario games Aka, Kids (Here are some allowed slang: Dang, Darn, shoot, dingus. Basically, cartoon insults like: You dunce or Immiscible or Dingus! [DO NOT DIRECT INSULTS TOWARDS PLAYER] )

5: Showy characters, please if you are going to make a girl character hide the parts that would depict Sexual Profanity. Same goes for any gender character!

6: Depressing plot, this game jam is for cheerful games like Mario or Sonic, no depressing plots like dead, insane, drug addict, or Drunk Family members.

7: Reference to Tragedy, it's fine if you make a kid friendly history game, what my Team or kids do not want to see is tragedies or mass killings such as: Khmer Rouge killing fields, Holocaust, Firing squads, mass shootings, 9/11, Gulag, Terrorists such as: Al-Qaeda, ISIS, Taliban, or Al Shabab

8: Maniac like characters, it's fine if you have like a criminal or a murder character who gets arrested or caught but no insane people, Genocidal Maniacs.

9: Bloody or gory Deaths, when you have a character die like Sonic or Mario or Tera it's fine but what we don't want is a violent or gory death such as: Shot up, Stabbed, Decapitated, split in half, shredded, Blown up in a non-cartoon way, etc.

10: any kind of profanity is prohibited

What is the topic of the Jam?

The topic of the jam is an action platformer based on anything, such as: Tera (Flying game), Sonic (Fast paced platformer) Mario (Slow Platformer) TABS (Battle simulator) Pizza Tower (Action) Bloons TD (Tower Defense)
