Welcome to the Crazy Game Engine Game Jam.

I (T3V) made a game engine and it was decided in my discord server that there should be a game jam with my custom engine.

It's going to be a very interesting jam, since my engine which is called T3Vtech-3 is a bit different than Unity, Unreal or Godot. It is usable as a library with C and C++ and works on Linux and Windows. There is a documentation of its functionality here.

What can be done with the engine?

This is our commercial game project that uses my engine. It's called 5PM and was born in the Floppy Disk Game Jam.

• The engine can load and use OBJ models.
• The engine can load PNG, JPG and BMPs
• The engine can load WAV files.
• The engine can use mouse, keyboard and gamepads.
• The engine works with 3D and 2D and 2D overlayed on top of a 3D scene.
• There are point lights, directional lights and ambient light.
• Shadows can be faked using some sort of Ambient Occlusion

But the real question is what can you do with the engine?

•  You are free to team up with others
•  Since it's the theme of the engine you have to use T3Vtech-3
•  The actual game jam theme will disclosed once the jam starts
