Welcome to "The FNAF Fangame Jam" where you try to create a Five Nights at Freddy's fangame within 4 months. We have the jam run for 3 months because we also welcome developers with a small amount of game making experience.

The theme is straight forward, you need to make a game that is Five Nights at Freddy's themed. You can make the game a parady game (Like Dayshift at Freddy's or Five Nights at F*** boys), a freeroam game, or even like a classic standard style (where you stay in the office and survive the night), you just need to make a FNAF fangame. That is the bare minimum.

Here is the rules of the jam:

- Games must at least be playable on Windows and/or be played on a browser.
- You can use any game engine or coding language you want including Unreal Engine, Unity, Godot, RPG Maker, etc.
- You can gather assets before the gamejam but the game itself should be made during the gamejam.
- You are allowed to submit demos/prototypes as long as they are playable.
- Your game must be free to play (Selling fangames is illegal)
- Please follow any license requirements and give proper credit when needed in any assets used
- You are allowed to work in teams or work solo
- NSFW games should be marked as sensitive (You can change this setting in your game settings > Metadata > Classification and enable "Has sensitive content" and "Show content warning"
- It is recommended to credit Scott Cawthon as he is the one who made Five Nights at Freddy's.
- Avoid the use of AI generated content please. (Only exception is voice acting but this should only be used as a LAST RESORT if you can't find voice actors!)

The jam will be ranks with the following criteria:

- Fun = How fun is the game
- Theme = How well is the game related to the theme of FNAF?
