- I do understand the mechanic you have used in 'B' to spawn the opposing forces; although I do feel that you could have more closely related your narrative to the circumstances. The Army is clearly holed up in some sort of structure and the enemy is trying to get them. They are not evidently in a forest. Secondly you haven't provided an exit for the Elf out of the central room other than to the entrance mechanic for the enemy horde. I suspect you imagine that every Elf has a set of Earth Spells, however whilst this may be common, it is not a certainty. Alternatively you may have connected the two stairway tiles together. However, as this isn't specified I assume that these are entry/exit points to the dungeon only. Given that you haven't made use of the wandering monster trap and forbidden the player from drawing from the treasure deck, it does seem a little redundant to specify a wandering monster. Overall this Quest showed promise and has a number of interesting elements, but a number of errors render it confused and difficult to play.
- I loved the presentation of this quest. However, the submission must be disqualified from the jam due to overuse of assets. The ice slide and icy river tiles are shared by the same tile physically, and cannot both appear in a quest. Sorry :')
- This is such a clever concept for a quest - I assume that the spiral staircases connect in this, to allow the single elf his escape route while the battle rages to protect their escape. The route to the exit it nicely planned, and the rules around the battle provides Zargon with some flexibility to push the battle to be more/less intense. A really well constructed concept, well done and good luck!
