Games will be judged based on Fun, adherence to the theme, Sound Design, and overall polish. as well as Compliance to The State.

"Will there be a theme?"

Yes. It will be announced at the beginning of the jam.

"Can we work in teams?"

Yes, collaberation is permitted. You are required to report any dissidents to a State Officer.
