• You have to use a game engine, so that non programmer also have a fair chance
• Use whatever assets you are legally allowed to use. The point is to make a game, not every little thing about it.
• You're allowed and encouraged to work in teams. 
• Your entry must NOT contain NSFW content. Keep it classy.
• Your game must be free... Don't be that guy..
