Q: Does The Art Style Have To Be Pixel Art?

A: Kind of,  As some people might want to make 3D Games the graphics can consist of pixel shaped objects. (Examples: Cubes, Rectangles, Cuboids, Squares)

Q: Does The game have to run in the web browser?

A: No... But Please Try And make it run in a web browser, Although If You Use Unity It Can Be Really Annoying To Work with its buggy HTML5 Build System.
