I like it, especially the implementation of the “Yes, and”, “Yes, but” and the “No, and”. It is almost a pity that No but is not used. A fail with a bonus, so to speak.
I'm having a few problems trying to figure out exactly what the third die (after the sum of the other two) is for. This could be made clearer. I suppose it also depends a lot on the final game.
I think the link with the pool system is clever because it directs players to rather pick the lower numbers and therefore shifting towards the more interesting consequences, in order to save the resource. Very good SRD.
