  • It wasn't clear that I needed to click on the enemy to answer their question. Some messaging to express that would be great.
  • Solid! I love you don't have to re-click the textbox to enter your number
  • Really great entry! Loved the genre mash, and it's really well styled. Showing the results at the end for review is a great touch too. My constructive criticisms would be: Perhaps make the rounds slightly shorter, 5 minutes felt a bit long I found switching between mouse and keyboard a little awkward but this may be more of a personal preference, I think it's perfectly fine as a design choice. One of the top entries, great job everyone.

On top of what everyone says here, I love that I can click on an enemy and still just directly enter the solution without clicking back.

We argued about this too and decided together that way. We could do it even without clicking enemies but it would change UI dramatically. We want children learn math and use computers(in this case mouse) effectively in the “Tech World”. And also try to catch the enemies by clicking makes the game more challenging..

We talked around this idea long time. Eventually decided and spared time to implement it

Well Done. Works nice! I like the images and animations. How did you guys animate them? Curious to know.

Thank you very much.

For the animations we used requestAnimationFrame which takes a callback and calls it before the browser repaint, so our callback would update the transform translate css style of our enemies moving them towards the castle. For the sprites we set the enemy div background image to the enemy sprite sheet and after a set time the background images position is shifted to show the next sprite frame, making it look like the enemy is walking.
