A really amazing tool for writing and a very well designed game that, while simplistic, wears its inspirations on its sleeve and definitely show through the design. All of Maria's games speak to the trans experience excellently but as I'm not one for superheroes, this one speaks to me the most. A must - buy for any trans person into fantasy - even if you've never played a journaling game before! Try it , you'll like it I'm sure.

Absolutely fantastically written. I didn't like some of my Body. I deeply appreciated some of it. This nailed the experience of being trans so well.

I had an incredible experience with this game. The concept plays out so elegantly through the mechanics. I went in not knowning what kind of experience or story I'd end up with, but created something really meaningful and personal. The rules are thoughtful and respectful to the player. I really recommend giving this a go and can't wait to see how the final version ends up.
