Great idea but a little limitation.
With this system you can't
- have words from chapter 1-4 and over chapter 30
- have words from pages 1-4 and over page 30
- have words from 1-4 and over word 30

Thats limiting
You need to optimize the dice system

I spent a lot of time rolling dice to get random words to make into poetry. The resulting verse didn't have much flow, but it turned out to be a decent way to break writer's block for me.
