Nice game but I had trouble with some of sprites for trash to see what they are. I would put some other color for background and some outline for sprites it would be easier to see what's what!
i thought black is a good background-color. maybe white would be better.

I agree with the other sentiments, the game could be explained better, and feel a bit more like a chore than a game. A score system and timer would at least give some sort of feedback how you were doing.
you are right, some scoring would be good. but it is not a real game, its more educational
um cool but not very fun
