The game is fun, but feels a bit buggy (it's not obvious when you can skip text and when you have to wait for it to when you've collected the bone, if you think you have to go to the west instead of going back to the place you came from, that's gonna force you to reload the game and watch all the text again). And that gun sound got a bit annoying, maybe it could have been a bit dimmer? The music was really fun though, so I think if I have to pick one part of the game I like more than the other things in this game, that's gonna be the music
I think the character looked nice, the houses looked nice and the trees looked nice, but the three things together almost looked like three different styles. I guess it's only because I look at it and try to figure out what I like and dislike that I noticed those things not fitting completely together though.
As for theme, there's collectibles, I see that. And there and back? You're trying to get back, but you don't really get back in the end. And then there's the going back to the crossroads after collecting each of the first collectibles.
The game looks nice, and was fun to play, the only thing that really really annoyed me was the text dialogue, you need to make it a lot faster, it is way to slow, a button to fast skip would be prefect.
