The Whisker Jam is a game making marathon where developers are challenged to make a game within 1 week following a surprise theme as well as an (optional) limitation!
Whatever your age or experience level, this jam is for you to develop your skills and have fun making games! Any team size is allowed!

Feel free to interpret this however you like, I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with!
Theme Reveal
The limitation for this jam will be to incorporate some sort of feline animal (belonging to the cat family) into your game. Try to think outside of the box and find unique ways to get the idea across!
Keep in mind that respecting this limitation is completely optional and will not affecting the rating of your game in any way. It is only intended to push your creativity a bit further!
Entries will be rated on: Gameplay, Visuals, Audio, Creativity, Theme.
There will be two Whisker Jam winners:
Remember game jams are about more than just the voting, ranking and winning! What matters is having fun and learning new stuff!
The top entries will be featured by Whisker Games on Twitter and maybe even YouTube!
Keep your game content appropriate! No excessive violence, gore, nudity, offensive language or discriminatory content! Any games that do not respect these rules will be disqualified!
What game engines can I use? All game engines/frameworks are allowed as long as you can provide a playable build for either Web or Windows (or both).
Can I use pre-made assets/code? You can use to use pre-made assets/code as long as you have the legal rights to use them, don't forget to give credit if required!
Can I make changes to my game during the rating period? No, but after the rating period you are free to update the game however you like! In case of a critical fix, you can still DM me @Whisker_Games_ on Twitter to sort things out!
