Are you participating in the Novice, Intermediate, or Advanced category?

Intermediate

Please explain why your team qualifies for the category you chose.
Oleksii: One personal project, 5 months of working on Unity
Ian: Had game dev experience for 4ish years with roughly 2ish years working in teams the rest solo. This is the second Game Jam I have participated in.
Owen: have no professional game development experience, but have been making games on personal projects for over 10 years, and have been pursuing a degree in game development for 2.5 years. This is the second game jam I have participated in.

How does your game relate to the theme?
You play as a security guard at an old charm factory. But tonight, the effects of an incantation spoken years ago has finally come to pass. When a powerful yet careless magician enchanted the charms to let their beholders never see bad luck again, they granted this wish with a most heinous way: to let any who bears witness to them perish! You, poor guard, are on the graveyard shift when this spell awakens all the charms inside, which will certainly do less-than-charming things to you... unless you fight back!

Specify any and all pre-made assets in your submission.

I just remembered I made a mistake when writing down my previous experience: this is actually my fourth game jam, but only my second time submitting a completed game for a jam.
