La Z-Jam es una iniciativa impulsada conjuntamente por Universidad San Jorge, Fundación Emprender en Aragón, Instituto Aragonés de Fomento y Fundación Zaragoza Ciudad del Conocimiento que cuenta con la coordinación de Miguel Vallés, desarrollador aragonés de videojuegos.
