I was expecting this game to be endless, without much significant story beyond the occasional narration in the diary, but to my surprise, there was an end screen, and it was surprisingly hard hitting. The realisation that the perpetual rebirth's could have a narrative purpose for the character is brilliant. 

I will say that the speed at which the characters flash on screen when on the 'coffee' powerup might need a flash warning, but play at your own risk, I suppose.
