New instructions:
Server is up and running! Just create an account, log in, and click "Ranked". This will put you into matchmaking. If there are no users to connect to, you are welcome to use multiple account to try things out.
(With gmail, you can use a + sign and it will ignore characters to the right, allowing you to sign up with the same email account twice. E.g. email+ignoredtext@gmail.com)
