New Visual Novel Announcement!

With the 1.0 release of Human Cargo pending, it's finally time to preview what's coming next.

I haven't decided on a final name yet, but the tentative title is "Convergence." It's a visual novel with a paranormal theme and I've been working on it for the past couple of months, outlining the story and creating reference documents for the characters and settings.

Luke Frost, our main character, is an elemental magic user. He's a professor at a paranormal university and he gets pulled out of school and onto a team of other paranormals who are on a mission to save the world from impending doom.

In addition to Luke, we have the potential love interests: Hank the Elemental Professor, Gabriel the Werewolf, Jefferson the Vampire, Behram the Caster, Charles the Demigod, and Bishop the Human cop.

I'm using the things I've learned working on Human Cargo to make a game that's bigger in scope. I'm planning on team missions that feature mini games, along with more dynamic characters, and a more expansive story.

The sprite artwork this time is by Wolfscade and the backgrounds are by kjkjmulo. The original soundtrack will again be composed by eeron and I've tapped Hijiri to work on the GUI.

I'm currently working on the demo and I hope to have it ready before the end of the year. I'll be sharing artwork for the main characters as we work on them, including some NSFW images for Patreon subscribers.

For progress updates, follow me on Twitter, Facebook, or Itch. If you want to help with the development, consider subscribing to my Patreon.

Thanks!

Luke meets Gabriel...

loved human cargo, so i’m another one looking forward to this game! and Luke is sexxay ^^. vampire, demigod and caster? yesssss!

as to the minigames… would be cool! AS LONG as they’re not the kind that are either timed or demand mouse/keyboard skills/dexterity or speed… (unless they can be cheated/avoided) - cuz besides the interest in the stories and BL, there’s a reason i play visual novels: i suck at other games, lol.. and getting stuck in a point’n’click or VN because of a minigame is uber frustrating…

I don't like when they're too hard either. SO, the mini-games have a difficulty level (Easy/Hard/Normal), and you're also able to skip them if you don't want to do them!

awesome! ^^ ability to skip parts i don’t find fun or get stuck on in a game is a thing i always appreciate!

*i guess it says a lot about me… cuz hey.. if this was only possible in RL :sigh: *
