In the Blackhold University of Arts and Sciences, there is a condemned building that is home to a bizarre anomaly called the Black Hole, which takes the spacetime of the real school and duplicates and twists it into countless "floors" that go further and further and further down...

The Black Hole makes distorted copies of everything, and you will find these scattered throughout the floors, ranging from makeup in shifting colors to soft drinks of indescribable taste to textbooks with their words garbled into nonsense. Ultimately these items will be your saving grace, allowing you to weave spells out of ordinary objects, but be wary of the Black Hole's guardians and inhabitants - Some simply are programmed to prevent students from descending further, while others are shadow-beings and soulless shells of unknown origin and motivation. There may even be some who call the Black Hole home who are sane enough to help you...

You will be able to control a number of characters in Blackhold, but the first is Eve Duskthorne, a brilliant and creative but dry and sarcastic girl whose best friend, Luna Locke, went into the condemned building to explore and never returned. What happened to her, in this space with no end...?
