Lospec Jam 3 is complete!
Judging was done by skeddles, based on these 3 categories:
Check out this awesome ant-themed JRPG style mockup! Love the creative characters and setting!
Follow Robinson Pixels on Instagram or Cara.
A very cool textmode mockup!
Check out The War on Christmas on Lospec.
A cool game mockup for an imaginary mermaid game! Too bad we couldn't play it!
Check out Nossumusstellae on Lospec and Itch
A playable piano for TCH-Engine! Neat!
Check out Paultron on Itch and Lospec.
An interesting an unique puzzle platformer! Short and sweet (well, until...), but has more endgame content for those who wish to keep playing, which is awesome! The art is really great, and the whole thing very polished!
Check out Cactus Celery on Lospec.
A cute little city builder where you have to build houses to suit the needs of prospective citizens. Created by Small Interactive (food_please, Birds Probably, R-Sen Productions). Very polished with super cute art!
A very cute and polished game where you shoot yourself upwards to try to reach the sky. Difficult, but fun and very well made.
Checkout Clyde on Itch and Bluesky.
A very cool 3D game with a unique battle system that makes good use of the touch screen, with some great low-poly models!
Created by polyhedragames, ahintoflime, Kotocca, SamACSmith, MysterymanChien
That concludes Lospec Jam 3!
Sorry for all the entries we couldn't include, there were some great ones we just couldn't fit! Check out the rest of the submissions here.
Sorry for such a long delay, I've been dealing with some personal things lately, but didn't forget! Unfortunately judging and compiling results takes a lot of work. In the future we will probably simplify how we run Lospec Jam so we can get results out sooner (no separate categories, use the community voting as ranking, video results, better prizes, etc). But that probably wont be until 2025, maybe we'll turn it into a yearly thing. Feel free to share your thoughts on when the best time to run them is, or any other feedback you have on Lospec Jam.
Follow Lospec on Bluesky, Mastodon, or Instagram to hear news about our future events.
