Algoriffix releases a critical update of its free voice-to-MIDI product, Pitch Perfekt. The new version addresses a resampling issue that became apparent in the spectrum analyzer and could have a negative impact on pitch detection at 44.1-kHz sampling rate.
Apart from harmonization, Pitch Perfekt now comes with a tuner and a spectrum analyzer. It further distinguishes between voiced and unvoiced speech sounds. ASIO support for PC users was also included, while the EQ and the response time buttons were removed in favor of a single tuning that fits all.
Other improvements concern pitch notation, scale enforcement and file processing. Play and control your favorite synth's dynamics with your voice and make yourself heard!
