Here is my progress. I got a tileset put together, then made a character. Right now, he can double-jump and dash, though the movement isn't as smooth as I would like. I hope to have some sort of demo available soon.
If you’re open to a little advice, from someone who has hundreds of unfinished projects for similar reasons, just make something for now and worry about the details later, you’ll burn yourself out of you focus too hard on one thing
