The art and gameplay are absolutely top-notch here!
It’s really impressive you built in a nice story, gameplay, and art all in a 1-week game jam. I’m not huge into platformers beyond Mario, but it was very well done here. The animations were extremely smooth and the gameplay felt good. I also loved you added a shop with upgrades, very nice touch. Although I won’t lie, I did use assist mode lol! I need a controller for platformers, so I appreciate you added that accessibility option.
Overall, I really don’t have anything to critique. This was an insanely impressive game made in a week. One of the few times I rated 5s across the board. Your team should be really proud. Fantastic job!
