I would imagine tilesets one buys are licensed but ALSO still copyrighted (by the original author), does this mean one can鈥檛 purchased a tileset and must used all their own artwork? The intention here could likely be started more clearly.
Yes, if you bought a tileset for example, then you can use it in your jam game.
