This was a common enough question we tried to address it in the FAQ above
Q: When does the 20 seconds start and end?
A. It should be 20 seconds of gameplay, not including titles and menus
Cutscenes also wouldn’t count towards that time. If you must have one, you are highly encouraged to make it instantly skippable or place it at the end of the game.
