I know the whole experience is supposed to last only for 2 minutes, but could there be a bonus gamemode that would make the game go for longer(I’m thinking of roguelike, or something like a survival game)

Yeah, so long as your main experience is 2 minutes or less, adding a bonus mode without the limit is fine.
