This game's got lots of potential! You've nailed the 90s graphics, and the music is good too. I feel like this could become one of those games that has a really weird atmosphere and story, but in a good way.
This may have just been me, but the mouse sensitivity was really low and I think it may have also been inverted.
When I try to run and jump at the same time while I'm up against those steps leading up to the big red building, I can't go all the way up. I guess the player character's collision gets caught on the steps or something?

I think you have here an interesting base for building a special game. I loved the design of the main character. It has a strong 90's commercial icon flavour, a bit in the pepsi man style. Keep it up !
