Great character overall, Very impressive highpoly work! Lowpoly looks quite good but i would say some of the details on the gaunlets could have definitely been baked in to the normal instead. Overall texture work is a good start, i feel like it could use a little more time, especially on the cloth segments.

This is a great piece of work. You have demonstrated a great understanding of character construction, using a multitude of techniques across multiple packages. The document breakdown of the character process was really good too, demonstrating a good understanding of the processes and how to present your pipeline. My only real criticism is of the final render/scene. For me there's a huge amount of detail in the model, but the lighting scheme nullifies a lot of your hard work. I understand the sense of drama for the shot (and it's a cool pose/shot), but maybe some rim lighting and some subtle kickers would help define some of the surfaces more and show off your work to its best. That aside, a great piece of work and you should feel very pleased! :)

Grate piece over all, !
-Nice initial shot, grate mood, pose and over all framing. – values of lighting is perhaps a little dark and more emphasize could be put towards the light source and brim of the hat using stronger rim lights.
-on closer inspection, surface detail could be more implied, stronger normal’s and sculpted detail to indicate different material changes is key to creating a realistic piece. – besides that , good work with the color choice.
-good work with the topology over all, nice density. Perhaps areas around the shoulders can show more edge flow.
