This short game does a good job of keeping the player from getting lost or confused about what to do next. However, the ending doesn’t make much sense. A stronger ending and either some challenging elements or branching paths would take this game to the next level.

Nice ambiance and short bit of story telling. The ending felt a bit unsatisfying, since there was a whole setup of a monster but no monster? Felt like an unfired Chekhov's gun. Overall the gameplay was just walking from one room to another, and I felt like I was always waiting for a payoff that never came.

Nice mapping and use of shadows and lighting. Set the stage for a good horror game. Just needed more of the horror.

This game is genuinely creepy, particularly the sound design. It has the makes for a great story, but unfortunately, it's over too quickly. Really enjoyed (if that's the right word) what was there, tho. I'm also wondering if there were any branching paths in the game or anything like that. There seemed to be points where I thought I did fairly well, but it didn't seem like it mattered. Like I got criticized for taking too long getting the key, but I thought I booked it as fast as I could.
