- This was a solid game, I would suggest expanding on this idea, you have something here. The story is unique and imaginative, it was paced well and fun to play. Great job!
- Hey there :). I don't really have a lot to say about this game. I liked the idea of being explorer on a new planet, but maps didn't have a lot of exploration to offer, and the game is very linear. Be teleported in an area, find the next teleporter, reitarate throught the 4 maps, and you are done. Almost all fight are skippable, apart from the last boss. Since battle are pretty default, just some weakness/strength element to be aware of, i've skipped 90% of them. The difficulty is very easy, even without grind any experience, i've managed to beat the last boss without problem. So, in short, i didn't disliked your game, but i didn't liked it too. But anyway, thanks for your submission, see ya ! :) Drag.

Hey there! Not sure if you saw, but we did high level feedback of your Jam entry on our YouTube channel:
I was not expecting this thank you for telling me.
I enjoyed the premise behind the game. The fights were a bit tame but interesting, the final boss had a neat gimmick. There was a serious lack of grammar and punctuation, which hurt it. I would say the only thing that needs any real improvement are the maps, but at least they weren't sample maps. Overall it was a pretty neat idea.
Fun, just about the right length. Writing is a bit frantic, with some punctuation . . . things going on. The sounds the characters make when they talk was a little annoying.
I liked each room and the relatively simple puzzles. Needing to use my ultimate attack was a fun discovery. Could have used more things to spend "Blood" on. After a handful of battles, we were 100% equipped. I liked the custom attack animations too.
The customized sounds were a bit hit or miss, but I appreciate the effort.
Thank you for playing! So you noticed there's no periods eh, I purposely stay consistent with that. Also I formatted the text so there's minimal text orphans hopefully its easier to read. The sounds are all from MV without plugins, ideally I'd shift the pitch and match syllables with more time. Thanks for the feedback.
I quite like how each area has its own gimmick as part of the exploration. Too bad the cat can't come with us! :'(
Thank you. :) I put blank events on a lot of stages to help block enemy events from ganging up on people. The cat cannot walk over them, and so I wrote in that it wouldn't survive teleportation. Good Luck with the Jam!
So, I just played your game. The objective of the game is... confusing at first. The first area is confusing to navigate into. I must admit, I kept going down hoping to reach the end of the map until I realized the map was looping I ended up going through trials and errors until I reach the end of the level. (By the way, to be fair, a level-based RPG is pretty original.) What's more curious is that I had less problems with all other levels where I've gone through with little to no fights at all. I like how you make clear to the player the weakness of the enemies it fights may it be through the dialogue or through the skills' descriptions. The final boss fight is fairly cool too - but I'm not going to talk too much about it out of fear to spoil it. There is a lot going for it.
Oh, before I forget, are you sure the custom picture you put at the beginning of the game is legal? Like it's authorized? I thought we had to use RTP from start to finish.
Anyway, I wish you good luck for the game jam.
The transfers are random and ideally you should get lost your first time in a dark cave :P I authorized the title picture myself in a couple hours using GIMP, the forums poll says custom splashes are allowed. Thank you for playing it and good luck to you too!
I thought custom splashes were meant for itch.io.
