My vector graphics designer allows for me to put circles on sprites, but the sprite itself is still 8x8, is this allowed?
The general thought is to use raster graphics rather than vector. If you wish to use vector graphics, I’ll allow it. Though, others may not think of it as 8x8. It is your decision in the end.
reason why I'm using vector is because raster changes it to 100x100
