Thank you for the models! Very soulful. The paired armatures as-is are showing up with no weight for me, but giving them automatic weights works perfectly anyway.
The Armatures should be weighted properly, thats odd. The Treant one for the Treant, and the Skeleton one for the combined Skeleton? Are you sure you got the right models showing?
