@CigThePig Thank you so much! Glad you think I'm on the right track as well!
@Kvrepo Thanks again for making this, it's made me really glad that the steps I took since my last demo to make the game more intuitive seem to have worked!
@Sinoc Yes! Thanks for the suggestion, I really am learning a lot from you guys.
@Raflosti Something along the lines of the Coropata or The Increadable Machine, where you can click on the object after it's placed and it sticks to your mouse, as well as some buttons pop up with things you can do to them. What you described is more or less what I meant, so you seem to know what to do.
I always love seeing the webms you post, watching the ball perfectly hit all the platforms is super satisfying. When your game is done I can totally see youtube videos being made of the intricate ball courses people make.
I wish I could give you some suggestions but it seems like you're already aware about the things that need to be worked on. You're doing great, keep it up. I had a lot of fun playing your demo.
Yes my plan for releasing this game is to have all of the technical stuff finished (and creative mode) before I make actual levels.
I'm interested to know what you mean by "mouse interface" for editing objects. My plan was to have the scroll wheel rotate, click and drag on anything to move it, and right click to select something (with a delete option)
There's not a whole lot of game here to be demoed, but as a technical demo it's kinda neat. A mouse interface for rotating, moving and deleting objects would make this a lot more intuative.

Raw game play footage about messing around and experimenting:
