Here is the video I promised of me beating the level. I'm sorry but I had to speed it up by 2X because my account isn't verified and the original was too long. I did make a lot of stupid mistakes but there were times where some attacks stopped working. A good example of this is at the end at the boss battle.

I just wanted you to know that I installed it on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 running 4.4.2 and as far as I could tell everything ran really well and there wasn't any problems.

I can see myself playing this when you're done, good job!

Thank you for the feedback, I really appreciate it. I agree about your point about the lava level being a mistake, I think my problem is the fact that I've been playing my game for too long and because of that I completely misjudged the difficulty. Up until demo day I had never watched someone else play my game so my main worry posting the game was the fact that it would be too easy. I will do my best to make the wall jumping easier, I have a few ideas about how to do that.

Thanks again for the feedback and thank you for playing my game!

It's really sad how bad I am at these types of games, even at the lazy game tester difficulty level I died 50 times on the first level and only made it half way into the second level. I know people like me aren't the audience you're making the game for though.

The controls feel responsive and the gameplay feels exactly how you would expect it should. Overall I think fans of this genre will be really happy with your game

I think your game's demo is a success if people's main complaint is they want more. The art and game mechanics are really good, everything flows together and it really feels like a fun arcade game from the late 80's.

I agree with everyone else, I would love to see more

Your animations so far are great and I love the art style, all your art is consistent throughout the game so far. I really like the sounds you picked for jumping and getting hurt, it goes really well with your game. Also the edge grabbing works really well and it's super solid.

I know it needs some polishing but you should be proud of what you've done so far and have more confidence when talking about your game.

Your game definitely gives off a super comfy vibe, your color palette is great and the music matches really well with the overall feel. Also your snow fall animation looks really good. I'm really interested to see your game grow, it has a lot of potential

I always love seeing the webms you post, watching the ball perfectly hit all the platforms is super satisfying. When your game is done I can totally see youtube videos being made of the intricate ball courses people make.

I wish I could give you some suggestions but it seems like you're already aware about the things that need to be worked on. You're doing great, keep it up. I had a lot of fun playing your demo.

I love the music and the main character Charlotte is adorable. It was hard for me to get used to the controls at first but as soon as I did everything felt intuitive. My main problem was pressing X+UP trying to do the jump attack when I should of been pressing Z+UP but it didn't take me too long to get used to it.

For this game I think making you die every time you fall into the water might be a little harsh, the difficulty is already there without that instantly killing you. In my opinion taking away some HP and putting you back on dry land would feel a little more fair. That being said the way you have it setup might be fine and I just need to git gud.

Either way you're doing a great job and I can't wait to play it when you're done.

I love the art style and the models look really good

I think a setting to turn the letters WASD into arrows would help a lot
